3 pounds sirloin steak
2 medium onions sliced and broken into rings
2 green peppers cut into 3/4 inch pieces
Mushrooms sliced and sauteed
Tomatoes diced or cherry tomatoes halved
Itallian Dressing or red wine vinegar and salad oil
You can also add garlic, dill or whatever else you like. This is especially good cooked on the grill and set aside for a few days.
Brown or grill the steak with your favorite seasonings, if you like your veggies tender you can add them while you cook the steak.
Slice the steak crosswise and let cool.
Toss into a bowl and add the rest of the ingrediens.
Add enough of your favorite Italian Dressing to coat mixture. Mix well.
Cover and place in refrigerator for at least 3 hours or as long as you can stand.
If you want something quicker layer some lettuce and the veggies on a plate, add steak and top with your favorite dressing.
