Pork Chops With Red Gravy

That's what we called them growing up, and nobody was late for supper when Mom would make these.

Pork, chops, steak, ribs, whatever your favorite cut is
Potato's, enough to feed your crew
Whole onions, not too big, enough to suit your taste
Carrots, a suitable amount
Chili Sauce, bottled, store brands are ok. A couple of bottles per pound of meat should be good

Brown the meat if you like although not necessary
Add meat to roasting pan
Add the rest of the ingredients and bake at 350 until cooked through
Spoon the chili sauce over potato's as gravy and enjoy!.
