Leftover mashed potatoes
1 egg per 2 cups potato, beaten
Enough flour to absorb the egg and make a nice doughy texture
Stir beaten egg and flour into potatoes. Form into patties. Coat the patty's with flour and brown in a pan.
Toss some cooked sausage, ham, or bacon in the mix and you've got a meal in a patty.
