3 lbs ground ham
2 lbs ground pork (unseasoned)
2 C saltine cracker crumbs
2 C milk
Mix all together and form into golf ball sized balls.
3 C brown sugar
1 C vinegar
1 C water
2 Tsp prepared Mustard
Mix all ingredients together in sauce pan and heat until sugar is disolved.
Pour over ham balls and bake uncovered 1 1/2 to 2 hours @ 350 degrees.
