Homemade Egg Dumplings

I think that's what they're called. My Mother used to make these and they're excellent. My Dad used to tell us that when Mom first tried making dumplings they were so heavy that he broke his arm trying to pick up the bowl that she had put them in.

Ingredients
4 eggs
1 tbsp water
Salt and pepper to taste
Flour - enough to bring to the consistency of pizza dough

Directions
Mix everything together and use a spoon to drop them into water or soups.

These will puff up quite a bit so don't use a big spoon.
