Blue Cheese and Buttermilk Dressing
Ingredients
4 oz. crumbled Blue Cheese
1/3 cup buttermilk
1 tbsp. white wine vinegar
1/3 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 cup mayo
Salt and peper to taste

Directions
Mash Blue Cheese and buttermilk until the mixture is like cottage cheese. Add rest of ingredients and mix thoroughly. Add salt and pepper to taste, refrigerate until ready to serve.
I love blue cheese and will add some extra crumbles to the mix.
