The spa experience coordinators have bachelor of tourism administration degrees and know English. The Host and the Hostess have a wide experience in costumer services. No access will be allowed to anyone under the influence of alcohol or any other kind of drug. 6. It is obligatory to fill out and sign a medical form in order to use the spa. 7. Access to the facilities means you accept the rules and objectives of the spa which are to show a pleasant attitude to the staff in order to keep peace and harmony and to be responsible for any damage or liability caused to the facilities. 8. We recommend you arrive 45min before your appointment. 9. Anyone getting a massage must be on time, or the duration of the session will be shorter. 10. A respectful attitude must be considered towards the masseuse, otherwise the session will be cancelled, and the fee will be fully charged. 11. Excellent moral behavior must be observed or membership will be revoked. 12. Take care of the equipment of the fitness center and the spa. 13. Appropriate clothing and foot wear (sports clothes and training shoes) should be worn at all times to prevent accidents when using the equipment.
