This beautiful brand new complex in Destin is located across the street from the beach. Beach Resort offers great amenities and a fabulous zero entry pool. The restaurants and family friendly activities are just a short walk from the resort. You will not want to miss out on this fantastic opportunity to relax in the memorable Beach Resort. Beach Resort is one of the only handicap friendly buildings in Destin. This resort also offers free seasonal beach service and the FunTastic program for each paid day of your stay. There is a non-refundable damage waiver of USD 55.00 plus tax. Personal chefs and child care equipment rentals are available for additional fees. Advance reservations are required and must be set up by the onsite agent. No units will be rented to vacationing students or young adults under age 25 unaccompanied by a responsible parent or legal guardian. Reservations made under false pretenses are null and void and subject to eviction at check-in. Evictions will forfeit all rental payments. This policy includes reservations made by parents who do not check-in and/or who leave overnight during the length of stay. The check-in office is located at: 12815 Highway 98 West, Miramar Beach, FL, 32550. Check-in time is from 3pm to 5pm. Check out is at 10am. Person checking in must be 25 years of age or older. All reservations require a credit card at the time of check-in. There is a USD 55.00 plus tax non-refundable damage waiver payable at the time of check-in. Please call before your arrival to Destin to gain access to the lock box codes. All after hour arrivals must stop by the front desk the following day.

From VPS 21 SW 1. Start out going South on FL-85/Hwy 85 North 2. Turn left onto John Sims Pkwy East. 3. Turn right onto White Point Road - Hwy 293. 4. Continue for 6.6 miles over the toll bridge until you run into Hwy 98. 5. Turn left onto Hwy 98 East. 6. Newman Daily Resorts Corporate Office will be on the right in Fountain Plaza across from McDonalds. 7. End at 12815 Highway 98 West - Suite 100. The check-in office is located at: 12815 Highway 98 West, Miramar Beach, FL, 32550.
