| This professionally managed resort, brought to you by The Vacation Club offers a host of activities and attractions for any time of the year. In the summer, you can play five of northern Michigan's premier golf courses, including The Chief, Hawk's Eye currently ranked 4th in the State of Michigan by the readers of Michigan Golf Magazine, Arnold Palmer's The Legend, and a Tom Weiskopf course. Area amenities include an outdoor pool, private beach club, tennis courts, shopping, three restaurants, and a health club with a full Nautilus program, sauna, racquetball, steam room, and Wellness Spa. During the winter, ski, snowboard, or tube at Shanty Creek Resort, which boasts 41 downhill runs, a tubing park, and 19 miles of cross-country trails. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. A substantial fee will be charged if not honored. Units beginning with PB are 4 mi from the main resort area and close to an out- door pool and golf. Although on-site, the beach is approx 3 mi from the units. |

| From TVC 37 NW 1. Take the Airport AccessRoad North to US 31, turn right onto M-72 East and travel 30 mi. to Kalkaska. 2. Turn left onto US 131 North and travel 14 mi. to Mancelona. From Detroit, take I-75 N to Grayling, to M-72 W to Kalkaska, to US 131 N to Mancelona. From Chicago, take I-94 E to 196 N to Grand Rapids, to US 131 N to Mancelona. At stoplight in Mancelona, turn left West on M-88 for approx 4 mi. to Vacation Club Check-in Center. Bellaire is a fishing village near Grand Traverse Bay in Michigan. The town is surrounded by two major lakes, Intermediate Lake and Lake Bellaire, making boating and fishing opportunities for perch, bass, walleye and trout possible. |
