Lake Holcombe located in Northwest Wisconsin with 120 miles of shoreline and approximately 3900 acres of water. Fish include musky, northern, walleye, bass, crappie, blue gill, catfish or sturgeon.
Pine Point County Park's 48 camping sites are located on a peninsula projecting into 3900-acre Lake Holcombe. Many campsites offer scenic vistas of the lake. With plenty of trees, a nice swimming beach and good fishing, Pine Point is a popular vacation spot! The park is located 2.5 miles west of the Junction of County Highway M and State Highway 27.
Brunet Island State Park, on the Chippewa and Fisher rivers, offers more than 1,300 acres of scenic beauty, wildlife, and recreational opportunities. Quiet lagoons and channels are excellent for canoeing and wildlife watching. The landscape in Chippewa County is a product of the most recent Ice Age. The rolling terrain carries a wide variety of forest types and is home to a multitude of wildlife.
